On New Year's Eve in 1984, an ordinary boy named Qian Cheng was born amidst his mother's painful screams. Unfortunately, he fell to the ground, landing face first. That night, a song became popular nationwide. Time quickly flowed into the 21st century. On a June night in 2011, on the noisy and chaotic streets of the city, Wang Deli (played by Tang Aiguo), a small wedding company owner who had just relaxed after a visit to a shampoo shop, looked carefree. He was driving a broken sedan with a Mercedes-Benz emblem on the front, while the cassette player in the car played the melody of "My Chinese Heart." At that moment, the wealthy owner of a real estate company, Shanganshui (played by Bai Yun), was speeding home in his luxurious Mercedes-Benz. Wang Deli was asking Shanganshui for event production fees for a banquet, but Shanganshui, angered by Wang Deli's mishap at the banquet, scolded him and tossed his phone onto the passenger seat. On the same road, 27-year-old Qian Cheng (played by Yang Long) stumbled over, drunk. Unwilling to give up, Wang Deli continued to dial Shanganshui's number.
