A group of teenage students participates in a space summer camp organized by NASA, experiencing the operational environment of a lunar landing firsthand. Unexpectedly, during an incident, the space capsule they are in actually launches into space, leaving the young people in a state of panic. Fortunately, a robot remains in the capsule to assist them in avoiding disaster. Among many space sci-fi films, director Harry Winer focuses more on delivering space knowledge rather than dazzling special effects. Filming took place on location at NASA, with some sights being quite eye-opening. Kate Capshaw plays the female instructor, while Lea Thompson and Kelly Preston portray the adventurous students, but the most endearing is the robot, which is both interesting in design and performance.
