The tsundere stray cat Nana (Lucky No. 7) is rescued by Sōta (played by Sōta Fukushi) and enjoys a happy life under her owner Sōta's care. The man and cat spend several warm years together, but one day, Sōta suddenly decides to send Nana away to be fostered by others. Without waiting for Nana to react, Sōta takes her on a journey. They travel across Hokkaido, climb Mount Fuji, and visit old friends, revealing Sōta's unknown past along the way. In the end, Nana learns the truth about why Sōta is sending her away, yet she remains loyal to him.
