This thought-provoking coming-of-age comedy tells the story of a high school student who has no life goals and spends his days hanging out with girls and practicing Muay Thai, determined to win over a wealthy, academically gifted girl from his class. Despite the cliched narrative of a poor boy chasing a rich girl, the film succeeds because it effectively portrays the father of the wealthy girl. Not only does he care for his daughter meticulously, fulfilling both paternal and maternal roles, but he also agrees to her extraordinary choices. On the surface, he appears to be a good father, but the truth is quite the opposite: he is a fraud, deceiving the elderly to gain their wealth, committing serious tax evasion against the government, and betraying the trust of his daughter who has always relied on him. The director introduces a serious theme here—how to choose between the two most precious human values, "love" and "trust," under specific circumstances. The film's brilliant dialogue and outstanding performances are worth watching.
