In a medieval village inhabited by elves, the righteous wizard Kaldorff (voiced by Jim Cummings) expels the evil and powerful witch Delizelda (voiced by Vicki Lewis). Unable to compete, Delizelda escapes in hatred, while her naive and pure-hearted niece Athena (voiced by Kelly Stables) is allowed to stay. During this time, Athena also adopts the kitten Tom and the mouse Jerry. Athena's sensitive identity and the trouble-causing cat and mouse lead to discrimination from the elves.
