"Wolf Game: Crazy Continent" is a drama film directed by Ariyasu Maya, starring Asakawa Rina. This is the sixth installment in the "Wolf Game" series, released on July 15. Past stars of the series include Sakuraba Nanami and Tsuchiya Tao. The cute and voluptuous Asakawa Rina recently appeared in works like "Saki" and "14 Nights," marking her first challenge in a feature film. The film is based on the novel by Kawakami Ryo and revolves around a "wolf game" where participants find clues through conversation to identify the werewolf. It tells the story of high school students who are kidnapped and imprisoned, forced to play a life-and-death gambling game, ultimately leaving only one survivor. Asakawa Rina plays the protagonist Koike Moe, with other actors including Matsunaga Arisa, Sato Hiroki, Kadokawa Shutarō, Kurihara Goro, Kinoshita Aika, and Sakata Shogo. Asakawa Rina, taking on her first lead role in a feature film, said: "I've acted in many productions before, but being the lead like this makes me really nervous! There’s a lot of pressure, but I'm enjoying the filming process. My character Koike Moe actively participates in the wolf game; she sees rumors of the game online and finds it thrilling. In the real game world, she feels uneasy and scared, but after making friends, she gradually becomes stronger." Regarding the atmosphere on set, Asakawa Rina said, "Everyone was very focused and engaged during filming, especially the voting scenes, which were quite intense. We shot the first voting scene for ten hours, the second for seven hours, and completed the third in six hours. Although we laughed and chatted during breaks, once we started filming, it felt entirely different. However, the personality of the protagonist is very different from mine. I don't usually express my weaknesses and fears, but at the beginning of the film, I need to convey Moe's unease and fear. Later, as she gets to know Matsunaga Arisa’s character Ayano, she gradually becomes stronger, and the emotional transitions need to be depicted delicately."
