During the outbreak of the epidemic, a group of travelers is stranded at a hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand, unsure when they can return home. Young Suwa meets middle-aged man Yufeng by the pool, while Yufeng's disagreements with his wife continue to deepen; injured-eyed Ding Ge also spends time by the pool with Thai masseur A Dong; Suwa and her mother seem to always be at odds, and as Suwa's 20th birthday approaches, their secrets finally come to light.
