On Christmas Eve 2012, in the 120-story skyscraper Tower Sky in downtown Seoul, South Korea, a powerful female manager of a Chinese restaurant, Yun-hee (played by Son Ye-jin), a reserved building property manager and single father, Lee Tae-ho (played by Kim Sang-kyung), an arrogant and rude socialite, a chairman, and a careless little chef... People of different professions and identities move along their own paths, sometimes intersecting, sometimes completely unrelated, unaware that a disaster is about to befall them. As night falls and people are immersed in the romantic and happy atmosphere created by artificial snow, an accident suddenly occurs. A helicopter designed to produce snow loses control due to strong air currents and crashes into the building, triggering chaos and an uncontrollable massive fire. The building, which was just heavenly and luxurious, instantly turns into a cruel hell on earth...
