The story takes place in Dublin, where four friends have just completed their student life and begin a summer of thrill-seeking and indulgence. Matthew is an eager good boy, Kearney dances on the edge of danger, Rez is daily lost in nihilism, and the only girl—Jane—lives freely and flamboyantly. Kearney's omnipresence of crazy actions places Matthew and his immature feelings for Jane on the edge of a cliff. Meanwhile, Rez is caught in strange fantasies. When witnessing the loss of life, they must begin to question their choices in life. The highly interactive narrative, smooth cinematography and editing, and bold use of color create an immersive, psychedelic experience. Irish actor Owen McCree wrote and directed, gathering a host of British rising stars to portray alternative youthful exuberance. Young people here, indulging freely.
