Nearly thirty, Fara (Emmanuel Schotté) is a police officer who still lives with his mother. He has an exceptionally pure and sensitive heart, and in his heart lives a girl named Domino (Séverine Caneele), who happens to be the girlfriend of his best friend. This situation causes Fara both pain and frustration. In fact, Domino also has feelings for the honest and reliable Fara, but she cannot leave the physical pleasure her boyfriend provides her. Filled with guilt, she can only send distress signals to Fara with her fleeting glances. A case of a young girl’s rape and murder causes a stir in Fara's small town, and the heavy responsibility of finding the culprit falls on Fara. With anger towards the murderer and compassion for the victim, Fara vows to uncover the truth. During his pursuit of the killer, Fara witnesses the unique beauty and ugliness of human nature.
