This film tells the story of a killer through avant-garde cinematography. A-cha (Simon Yam) appears gentle and refined, yet he is one of the top killers in Singapore. Whenever he receives a red envelope with a name inside, a life disappears. One day, his partner A-Gao (Joseph Quek) asks A-cha to help extract information from Hong Mao and others about the whereabouts of the Italian mafia's "Dada." Subsequently, A-Gao kills to silence them and successfully helps the Italian mafia recover their "Dada." However, driven by greed, A-Gao secretly keeps one box of "Dada" hidden at his sister A-Mae's (Vivian Hsu) place. The mafia sends A-Gao's brothers, including A-De, to retrieve that box of "Dada." They not only kill A-Gao but also rape A-Mae. When A-cha inadvertently learns the truth from a little girl who has been eavesdropping, he raises the sword of vengeance for his lover A-Mae and his wrongfully slain brother A-Gao.
