Aisha (played by Rhea Chakraborty) is a moderately successful bestselling author. Despite achieving considerable success in her career, she has not been able to move past the shadow of a failed relationship. One day, Aisha boards a train to New Delhi, where she is set to hold a book signing event. On the train, Aisha encounters a woman with a child, who, to Aisha's shock, turns out to be the wife of her ex-boyfriend. Learning this information causes Aisha to break down.
