Duan Wanlu (played by Lin Qingxia) and Gu Youlan (played by Qin Han) grew up together as childhood sweethearts, and their relationship is very close. The appearance of Meng Qiao (played by Qin Xianglin) changes the naturally progressing relationship between Duan Wanlu and Gu Youlan.
