The United Nations Drug Control Organization and the police of China and Myanmar have joined forces to combat drug trafficking organizations led by the Sakar Group, which aims to sell drugs globally through China. Forest police officer Zheng Hongfeng unexpectedly becomes embroiled in a major drug case and finds himself in danger.
