Makoto (played by Ryuhei Matsuda) is a struggling photographer on the edge. One day, he receives a letter from his ex-girlfriend Shizuru (played by Ryouko Hirosue), stating that she is going to hold a photography exhibition in New York. The box of memories opens, and the story of the two from three years ago in college begins with a beautiful orange.
