Norwegian animation master Rasmus A. Sivertsen was nominated for the Best Animated Feature at the 2017 Shanghai International Film Festival with "Hajiboson's Forest Adventure." This film is his latest work and tells a humorous story between three silly and lovable thieves and the residents of a quiet little town. The film is based on a classic work by renowned Norwegian children's author Torbjørn Egner and incorporates 17 traditional Norwegian folk songs. The production team used a combination of CGI animation and traditional stop-motion techniques to create a more vivid and fluid effect for character movements and expressions. One of Europe's "Ten Rising Stars," Aksel Hennie voices the thief Jesper.
