Australian police received reports of drug trafficking activities. They arrested a Hong Kong Chinese drug dealer, Wen Zhan (played by Sammo Hung), in Sydney. After the drug dealer who was meeting with Wen Zhan died in a car crash while trying to escape, and since Wen Zhan refused to disclose the mastermind behind the operations, Australian police handed him over to Inspector Fang Sheng-ling (played by David Chang) from Hong Kong for investigation.
Under intense interrogation by Fang Sheng-ling, Wen Zhan finally revealed the mastermind was the business tycoon Wilton. While being transported to court, Wen Zhan was shot by a hired killer sent by Wilton. Later, with the help of an Australian female journalist, Fang Sheng-ling found Wilton and discovered a Red Dragon Martial Arts emblem on Wilton's bodyguard. Fang Sheng-ling investigated the martial arts school alone, delving into the lion's den, and ultimately brought Wilton to justice.
