Kento Sakaguchi plays a young man named Miyasaka, who has the incredible ability to see "the thoughts of someone who is not here." With this extraordinary ability, he helps heal those troubled by physical ailments and traumas, all while growing closer to the people around him, including his girlfriend, nurse Shiori (played by Mihiro Ichikawa), and her daughter Mame (played by Ameri Isomura), as they live a peaceful life together. One day, Miyasaka begins to sense a strong thought that is different from any he has experienced before. It comes from his junior in high school, Kusaka (played by Kodai Asaka), who is now working as a musician in Tokyo. To uncover the true meaning behind this thought, Miyasaka goes to Kusaka's concert and confronts him face to face. Kusaka finally reveals the events surrounding the incident that Miyasaka experienced with his girlfriend Riko (played by Asuka Saito). Miyasaka reunites with Riko, whom he hasn’t seen since that incident…because of Riko, Miyasaka’s secret is unraveled. Who is he really, and where does he come from?
