On a sunny day, the Bayside Police Department is having its usual fun and festivities, particularly as the Forced Investigation Division's Aoshima Shunsaku (played by Yuji Oda) and his partners get into a series of troubles, driving his superior, Masumoto Seiji (played by Yusuke Nakayama), up the wall. Meanwhile, good news arrives at the Bayside precinct; Wang Mingcai (played by Kenichi Takito) is about to marry his Japanese girlfriend. In celebration of this significant moment symbolizing Japan-China friendship, Aoshima volunteers to take charge of the wedding, adding more pressure to the already busy Forced Investigation Division.
