The world-renowned top model Reiko (played by Yuki Amami) captivates global attention with her stunning beauty and mysterious charm. However, various negative tabloid headlines and her terrible personality continuously push her into the spotlight. Unexpectedly, one night, Reiko is found dead in her home, with her body discovered the next morning by the housekeeper, Michiko Ota (played by Riko Kimura). Police investigations reveal that Reiko died from cyanide poisoning, and the chief suspect is Nobuo Sakahara (played by Yasunori Dandai), a hospital internist who had previously been jilted by her. Soon after, Sakahara is caught, but he provides a list of potential suspects who could have killed Reiko. Shortly after, several people connected to Reiko commit suicide.
