The second installment of Singaporean director Ro Sheng's female revenge erotic film trilogy continues with its heavy themes; while the levels of passion and bloodshed aren't particularly shocking, they are still enough to create discussion. Mia (played by Chen Ziyi), a prostitute, is redeemed by the roasted meat shop owner Quan (played by Feng Tuishou) and dedicates herself to him, but their passion wanes over time.
