After enduring countless hardships, Japan's 100th Prime Minister Mutou Taizan (played by Kenichi Endou) finally manages to switch bodies with his son Akihiro (played by Shota Suda). However, during a trip abroad, their souls switch again. At the same time, many members of the Parliament suddenly swap bodies with children from a certain kindergarten, creating chaos. This unexpected incident leaves secretary Beyuan (played by Issey Takahashi) extremely anxious, and they quickly prepare notes for Akihiro to memorize.
