Wade Walker (played by Johnny Depp) known as "Cry-Baby," has tears that soothe the soul. This penniless young man lives a life filled with joy alongside his friends, despite not being wealthy. However, to the well-behaved kids, Wade and his friends are just a bunch of delinquents who get into fights and cause trouble. One day, Wade meets good girl Allison (played by Amy Locane), and they fall in love, inciting jealousy and hatred from the group of "model students" who admire Allison.
