Mako is a private detective who saved a Chinese man, Yang Haiping, in a restaurant, but lost a finger in the process. To repay Mako, Yang Haiping offered him a sum of money, which Mako refused. Yang Haiping insisted that Mako take the money to help him find his brother, Yang Dejian, who came to Japan two years ago and later went missing… However, through investigation, Mako discovered that the Yang brothers were actually hitmen for the Taiwanese gang "Dragon Gang," but after a mission two years ago, Yang Dejian betrayed the gang and joined the Japanese Yakuza "Black Dog Society,” which then sent Yang Haiping to clear the family ties by personally killing his brother.
