In a room filled with blood, there is no corpse to be found, leading to a sensational murder mystery that has shocked North Korea. In a creepy backyard, a house is covered in blood, and the owner, Min Soo-hyun, has seemingly evaporated. Min Soo-hyun's father is offering a large reward to find his son. The ambitious police captain, Young-dah (played by Oh Dal-soo), has started searching for Min Soo-hyun with all his efforts. On the other hand, medical apprentice Kwang-soo (played by Yu Deok-hwan) accidentally acquires a corpse for an anatomy internship, only to discover it is Min Soo-hyun's body.
