A highly decorated agent, codenamed MR9, is jointly dispatched by the CIA and the Bangladeshi intelligence agency to Las Vegas to undertake a secret mission. His objective is to monitor Roman Ross and his brother, Ricky Ross, in order to expose their international arms smuggling activities. Roman Ross is the chairman of R&R Robotics, a company that claims to eliminate all disabilities with technology but is actually a front for arms smuggling. A female agent named Deby is assigned to work with MR9, attempting to infiltrate R&R Robotics to unearth their conspiracy. During their perilous missions, MR9 and Deby find ways to protect each other. They soon identify a key character named Chaudhury – a partner of Roman Ross who is linked to a criminal organization. To further their investigation, they head to Bangladesh and join forces with other agents. In an effort to thwart a terrorist attack, MR9 is injured during a confrontation with the perpetrators, and Deby sacrifices herself to save him. MR9 takes down Roman Ross and his gang. After completing the mission, MR9 returns to his intelligence organization to continue his work, awaiting his next assignment.
