The story takes place in a picturesque seaside town, where Nagisa (voiced by Minami Katase) is an ordinary sixteen-year-old girl. Along with her friends Kaede (voiced by Yuki Tanaka), Shizuku (voiced by Momone Iwaue), and Yū (voiced by Misako Iino), the four of them live a daily life filled with fun and joy. Kaede is straightforward, and sometimes her bluntness leads to arguments with the strong-willed Yū, leaving Nagisa caught in the middle and often feeling helpless. One day, Nagisa stumbles into a café called "Aquamarine," where she discovers a set of FM radio equipment. Playfully experimenting with the station, she accidentally broadcasts her voice throughout the town. Sion Yazawa (voiced by Suzuko Mimori) hears the broadcast and finds Nagisa.
