Since Elios left, Tomoeda town has returned to its tranquility. Unable to witness Sakura (voiced by Sakura Tange) recovering the cards, Tomoyo (voiced by Junko Iwao) brought a DV camera and started making a tokusatsu drama. While watching the tapes, Sakura saw a video of Syaoran (voiced by Motoko Kumai) and blushed unconsciously. Syaoran has been back in Hong Kong for four months, and it has been four months since he confessed his feelings. During this time, Sakura has been rehearsing her confession, hoping to tell Syaoran in person the next time they meet. After Elios's house was demolished, an amusement park was built in its place. One day, while Sakura and Tomoyo were passing by, Sakura noticed a strange presence, followed it into the amusement park, and ended up bumping into someone. Looking up, she was surprised to find it was Syaoran. It turns out Syaoran and Meiling came to Japan for vacation during summer break. Meeting Syaoran again makes Sakura very nervous, and she is looking for an opportunity to express her feelings, but unfortunately, everything gets disrupted by misunderstandings. At this moment, Sakura realizes that her cards have decreased in number, and the direction of the missing cards points to the amusement park. In the legend, the last sealed card awaits, and as she engages in a difficult battle, will Sakura be victorious? And will she be able to successfully convey her feelings to Syaoran?
