"Love Whisper" tells the story of the intricate love and hate entanglements in the city, which include various forms of love such as unrequited love, secret love, and extramarital affairs. Ah Lei (Eason Chan) and Ah Qi (Vanessa Feng) appear to maintain a normal romantic relationship, but secretly, Ah Lei is in love with Ah Lan (Gigi Leung).
