In a certain city, a girl goes missing. The mother, Saori, does everything she can to search for her daughter, Miu, but three months pass with no news. The only person she can rely on is a local television reporter, Sunada, who continues to interview her. At the time of her daughter's disappearance, Saori was attending a concert of her favorite idol. Because of this incident and her brown-highlighted hairstyle, she suffers from online bullying. Malicious comments like "a mother obsessed with concerts neglecting her child" appear online, making Saori increasingly anxious. On the other hand, Sunada, following the directives from the television station's higher-ups to boost ratings, conducts interviews that spark public interest in Saori and her brother, Keigo. Over time, Saori also begins to feel her relationship with her husband growing cold, and quarrels between them become more frequent. Nevertheless, Saori remains dedicated to the belief of "I just want to see my daughter." In the end, Saori and her husband still cannot find their child, yet they continue to hold on to hope while also using their strength to help other families with similar experiences.
