Naomi (played by Maki Horikita) is a high school student at Tokyo International School. Due to an accident, she falls down the stairs, suffering physical pain and losing her memories from the past four years, with only one image etched in her mind: the memory of kissing someone. As these fragmented memories emerge, she begins to associate them with people in her reality. Gradually, the vague figure becomes locked onto three men: a kind senior (played by Kenichi Matsuyama), a gentle classmate (played by Yuya Tegoshi), and an exchange student from America (played by Anton Yelchin). Naomi then starts to show interest in these three men, hoping to find signals of true love among the clues.
