Duanmu (Xu Feng) and Lingling (Cao Xiyue) discover the evil Beastman Prince Ramda (Li Honglei) and Fu Ai (Dragon Girl), who are possessed by a cosmic virus, during their investigation. The two princes easily occupy the U.C.P control center that holds the infected dog virus carriers and cause many infected individuals to transform back into OXER, intending to form an OXER army to threaten society. The U.C.P control bureau sends a guard to attack the control center but suffers repeated defeats. At a critical moment, the super armors Yatares and True appear to rescue the hostages within the control center. Ramda and Fu Ai use tricks to sneak out of the surrounded control center, preparing to harm the city. Duanmu, Qingshan (Zeng Xiangcheng), Kuohai (Li Xinzhe), and Kesheng (Zhu Jiaqiu) each summon Yatares, True, Nava, Tzanami, Tuonuoduo, and Kulevo armors, using the forces of nature to strike back against the horrific OXER that violates the natural order.
