In Chaozhou, a severe drought has left the people unable to survive. Huang Batian insists on forcibly marrying Yugu, and the White Dragon intervenes to save her. Grandma Jiao pleads with the White Dragon to bring rain to rescue the people of Chaozhou. The White Dragon secretly brings heavy rain, violating heavenly laws and is punished to live among humans. To prevent the invincible Huang Batian from causing chaos, the Jade Emperor orders Chaozhou to be submerged underwater. The White Dragon fights desperately against the heavenly soldiers, while Yugu and Grandma lead the people to evacuate from Chaozhou city. In the end, the flood submerges the sunken Chaozhou city along with Huang Batian, turning it into what is now Chaohu.
