In the unfortunate environment of Mokpo, South Jeolla Province, “Park Tae-soo” (tentative transliteration, played by Jo In-sung) grows into a do-gooder. After witnessing his father being harmed by prosecutors during high school due to theft, he realizes the importance of power and strength. Despite his struggles to become a prosecutor, without any background or foundation, he is no different from an ordinary office worker.
