Pan (Levi Miller) lost his parents at a young age and grew up in an orphanage, being the typical "problem child" there. He loves freedom and has all sorts of strange and whimsical ideas in his head; he is always the one causing trouble and making things difficult for the orphanage's headmaster. One night, Pan unexpectedly arrives in a magical world called "Neverland," where there are pirates, warriors, and fairies he has only seen in storybooks. In Neverland, Pan meets the warrior princess Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara) and Captain Hook (Garrett Hedlund), who are waiting for the arrival of a mysterious figure wearing a pan flute necklace. This mysterious person will lead them in a fierce battle against the evil pirate Blackbeard (Hugh Jackman).
