The film tells the story of 360 BC, when the capital city of Ye was captured by the State of Wei. Assassins Lei and Jingchan fail in their attempt to assassinate King Wei and sacrifice themselves, while Haoxue narrowly escapes and disguises herself to search for the exiled prince of Chu, Mi Zheng. Upon learning this, the State of Wei also sends assassins to find Mi Zheng, determined to eliminate him completely.
