Young student Mizuki (played by Arisa Nakamura) is not only beautiful but also skilled in karate. One day, Mizuki and a group of four old friends go to the woods to relax. While fishing in the woods, they discover strange parasites on the fish. Later, while using the restroom, they are attacked by zombies. Scared out of their wits, the young people find the home of the strange doctor Tanaka and his daughter and rush in to take refuge. However, they are unaware that the terrifying parasites and zombies are actually Tanaka's experiments. What is the connection between the parasites and the zombies, and can Mizuki's karate skills help her friends escape?
