Middle-aged man Frank (Joel Murray) feels numb to the noisy world around him, living a life like a stagnant pond, drifting through each day. He endures the harassment from his selfish neighbors, feels helpless about his ex-wife's remarriage and his daughter's rebellion, and is disgusted by the shameless reality show contestants. Finally diagnosed with a brain tumor and losing his job, the harsh reality completely breaks Frank. Just as he considers ending his life through suicide, his latent hatred is ignited by a greedy contestant on a reality show, prompting him to seek justice in his own way. Therefore, Frank goes out and kills the neighbor girl Chloe, whom he believes deserves to die, and this scene is witnessed by another girl, Roxy (Tara Lynne Barr). Roxy also abhors the flawed society and actively participates in Frank's murder plan. The two take to the streets with guns, boldly playing a killing game and becoming the focus of news coverage…
