After the death of King Zhuang of Chu during the Spring and Autumn period, a pair of twins were born, the elder brother Xiong Jian and the younger brother Xiong Wei (both played by Shen Rongjun). Due to a rebellion of bandit soldiers, the brothers were separated in the chaos of war. Over a decade later, Xiong Jian has mastered martial arts.
