This film features the late martial arts superstar Fu Sheng and the adept Shaolin monk actor Liu Jiahui in leading roles, directed and starred by Liu Jiarong, with screenplay by Wong Jing. The story describes Zhi Daobao (Fu Sheng) as a skilled treasure hunter who learns that Zhao Jiujin (Zhang Zhanteng) claims to have clues about the treasure of Zhang Baozai, so he goes to a casino to rescue him; Zhao, an antique dealer, has a batch of letters from Zhang while he was alive, and Zhi and Zhao try to steal them unsuccessfully.
