This documentary explores the adult film star Rocco Siffredi, known as the "Italian Stallion". It tracks the legendary actor during the last year of his career. Rocco Siffredi: An Italian porn actor and director, his films have won multiple awards. Siffredi married porn model and former Miss Hungary Rosa Caracciolo in 1991, and they have two children. In June 2004, Siffredi announced that for the sake of his children, he would no longer shoot adult films and would focus on directing and producing. He said, "My children are growing up.
