Many years ago, scientists conducted an experiment to create the perfect human but unexpectedly encountered uneven cell division during the process, resulting in only a partial success. The scientists created a pair of twin brothers: one is the typical example of a perfect human—a tall, well-rounded individual named Julius (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger); the other is a collection of all human flaws—a short, dwarf named Vincent (played by Danny DeVito). The brothers were separated at birth, with Julius being raised by scientists on a small island in the South Sea, while his brother spent his childhood in an orphanage. Finally, after both brothers have reached their forties, they learn of each other's existence. Upon reuniting with his long-lost brother Vincent, Julius decides to embark on a journey to find their biological mother. However, an unexpected incident leads them into deadly trouble.
