The female hero, Hua Bi Lian, offends the gambler Wan San Ju (played by Fan Mei Sheng) in her attempt to save someone. Wan leads a group to surround and kill Bi Lian, but she is luckily rescued by Luo Hong Xun (played by Chen Liang). After learning everything, Wan's master, Wang Lun (played by Zhang Pei Shan), bribes the governor with a large sum, imprisoning Hong Xun unjustly. Bi Lian visits the prison and sees Hong Xun in a critical state, so she single-handedly infiltrates Wang Lun's martial arts arena, battles numerous strong henchmen, and takes the head of Wang Lun's assistant.
