Nelly, a fragmented woman, unable to reconcile her multiple identities: writer, lover, escort, star. Comprising many women within herself, she navigates between great ambition and awakening. "Her Escort Diaries" reflects Nelly's passionate life and radical career like a mirror. This film is inspired by the achievements and life of novelist Nelly Arcan, a literary star from France and Quebec, whose novels are drawn from her personal experiences as a professional companion. Nelly ultimately ended her brief and brilliant life at the age of 36 by suicide.
