Muzafar (played by José Garcia) and Frouz (played by Michaël Youn) are originally peaceful shepherds from the Central Asian country of Tabristan… However, due to the dissatisfaction of their democratically elected leaders with France for stealing their country's invention of salad, they conceive a mad plan to stage a terrorist attack on the Eiffel Tower to attract worldwide attention. Thus, Muzafar and Frouz join a training camp, completing various studies and overcoming many challenges, ultimately being selected to execute a suicide attack for the glory of their country. But their journey to France is full of twists and turns; when they prepare to hijack a plane, they land in Corsica instead due to a strike by airport ground staff. They then have close encounters with separatists, southern thugs, and striking crowds, and even experience a medical incident and threats from their own country's ministers. With the help of a kind-hearted female journalist, they finally embark on their journey to Paris…
