Marcus (Xavier Samuel) and Lise (Georgina Haig), Greg (Bob Morley) and Nina (Sophie Lowe), two couples, plan a road trip together. On a desolate and quiet highway, they have a confrontation with a giant truck, which causes them to be forced off the road. Although they manage to escape, Greg suffers severe fractures and is in critical condition. After some emergency first aid, Marcus temporarily bandages his friend. At this moment, they notice the truck parked not far away, with the driver missing. Soon, the driver, armed, attacks the four of them, and in the chaos, they drive off with the truck, eventually leading Marcus to drive into a dead end.
