A starfish-like monster, the Five-Headed Shark (four heads on the front and one on the tail), has invaded the beaches of Puerto Rico, threatening a peaceful paradise island. Several researchers from the Aquatic Biology Institute attempt to capture the Five-Headed Shark alive but suffer heavy losses. In desperation, they team up with the police and ultimately blow the Five-Headed Shark to pieces.
