Renowned writer Jack (Edward Furlong) is experiencing a creative block. To produce a sufficiently terrifying horror story, he is sent by his agent to a snowy mountainous area. Single mother Penny (Kristin Booth) picks him up with her son Cole and brings him back to the slaughterhouse previously run by her husband. Penny is witty and humorous, and the decor in the slaughterhouse is eerie enough.
