The story continues right from the previous installment. Bridget (Emily Perkins) witnesses the painful transformation of her sister Ginger (Katharine Isabelle) into a werewolf and, haunted by this experience, vows never to follow in her sister's footsteps. She begins to battle the werewolf gene lurking within her. To prevent the development of the werewolf gene, Bridget constantly injects herself with drugs, leading others to mistakenly believe she is a junkie, forcing her into a rehabilitation center. There, Bridget loses access to her drugs, and as time passes, her true nature begins to emerge. Meanwhile, Ginger has never given up on tracking her sister, slowly closing in.
