The film tells the story of a clown performer who, along with his brother, creates a website where they dress up as the infamous clown Wasco and post photos online. However, what they don't know is that this act awakens the long-dead clown Wasco, who returns to wreak havoc, leading to a series of murders and inducing panic within the community. To save themselves, the locals band together in hopes of defeating the demonic clown Wasco.
